Forrest Sign Company Policies
Production Time & Deposits
Production time for most signs is between ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days from the day a FINAL DECISION on the layout is confirmed and a 60% deposit has been received. Production will not begin until this deposit has been received along with signed copies of any applicable Forrest Sign Company quote and necessary art files. It is to be understood and agreed that BALANCE IS DUE UPON COMPLETION of project. It is to be further understood and agreed that clients will be charged two percent (2%) interest per month on the TOTAL balance for any unpaid balance after project completion. The minimum charge for any order is twenty-five (25) dollars.
Forrest Sign Company will do its best to accommodate your timeline; however, in order to do so, the client must understand that certain elements are necessary in order to produce the sign quickly:
- Final agreement on layout (size, style, text, etc.)
- Correct art file types
- Timely deposit
- Surface preparation (if applicable, see below)
Rush Services
Clients will incur an additional charge for any jobs that must be completed before the normally allotted time of ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days as noted.
Design
Forrest Sign Company is foremost a manufacturing and installation organization that relies on the client to provide the proper image files for any and all production. It is to be understood and agreed that any further design elements that take place will result in an additional cost to the client. This includes, but is not limited to, any augmentation or creation of the sign, modification to an existing design, changing of text, additional text, type/font change, dimension change, etc.
NOTE: Design charges are not applied to changes in relative size.
Drawings/Proofs
Forrest Sign Company will gladly provide a reasonable amount of scaled drawings/proofs of the design during the layout decision process for the client’s review. Each client is offered one (1) full-size drawing free of charge and only at THE REQUEST OF THE CLIENT after a scale drawing has been approved. Requests for additional full-size drawings will result in a twenty-five (25) dollar production charge.
Existing Walls/Surface Preparation - Condition
It is to be understood and agreed that when lettering and/or graphics are removed from windows, walls, and doors (of various surface treatments) there will be marks and possible damage to said surfaces. It is to be further understood and agreed that Forrest Sign Company in not to be held monetarily and/or personally responsible for said damage. Furthermore, Forrest Sign Company is not responsible for the appearance of a surface when replacing an existing sign or installing a new sign where another sign was previously installed. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that any surface where a new or existing sign is to be placed/replaced be cleaned, resurfaced or repainted accordingly. While Forrest Sign Company is not initially responsible, we are able to provide these services at an additional cost.

All communication and materials, ideas, attachments, or files transmitted between Forrest Sign Company, a division of Dasherman, Inc. and a potential or actual client are the valuable proprietary and confidential information of Forrest Sign Company and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed and may be subject to the attorney-client privilege, solicitor-client privilege, or other confidentiality protections. By receiving any materials, the recipients agree that they will not use, disclose, reproduce, or publish the information contained therein without the advanced written approval of Forrest Sign Company, a division of Dasherman, Inc. Any unauthorized review, use, disclosure, or distribution is prohibited.
